Shipping

Under normal circumstances we will post your order within two working days of receiving your payment. If for any reason we have to delay posting your order, we will notify you and give you the option of receiving a refund. Postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you proceed with payment. 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Currently all orders shipped within Australia are sent by Express Post and are usually received within 1-5 business days. We will send a confirmation email once we have sent your parcel. 

• Orders valued at $100 or more, excluding shipping, are shipped free of charge to an Australian address.
• Orders valued at less than $100 will incur a $15 shipping fee when sent to an Australian address. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders are shipped by Registered Post and are usually received 3-14 working days after posting. We will send you a confirmation email once we have sent your parcel. Orders shipped internationally may be subjected to taxes, custom duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. 

• Packages sent internationally incur a shipping fee at a flat rate of $35 unless valued at $200, in which case shipping is free.

CARBON NEUTRAL:

All Mokosh packages, both national and international, are shipped carbon neutral with Australia Post. Australia Post's  Carbon Neutral Deliveries Program is Climate Active certified.
