It is with some sadness that we took the decision a few weeks ago to remove the Facial Cleanser, Exfoliator & Mask from our range.
We understand that this is a disappointment to many. It has been one of our best-selling products for over a decade and a staple in the skin care routine for many of our new and long-standing customers.
We feel it is appropriate to explain why we had to come to this decision. In recent months, we have had great difficulty sourcing ingredients of a sufficiently high quality for the product. With both supply and ingredient quality in question, we felt we were no longer able to make it to a standard we were happy with.
Meanwhile, we are working hard behind the scenes to reformulate, in the hope that we can bring it back in a different form. Creating a new product takes time, and because sourcing new, high quality ingredients is a slow process, we cannot make any promises about timing at this stage.
We appreciate your understanding, and if you haven't already, hope that you will embrace our Makeup Remover & Cleansing Oil, a super-gentle cleanser that suits all skin types, and leaves the skin feeling soft and nourished.
