NEW Australia Post requirement as of 31 May 2026, all parcels must include the contact no and email of the recipient of the parcel. Please ensure this information are provided at the time of order to avoid any delay in order processing.

SHIPPING:

Due to the high freight charges and fuel levy, freight charge may be incurred on some orders which will be displayed at checkout. We use both Australia Post or trusted Australia freight company for delivery services. Parcel delivered by freight company may not have consumer tracking details like Australia post.  Please contact us if you did not receive your parcel within the normal delivery period. We will do our best to have your parcel delivered asap within the normal delivery time. We ask for your patience and understanding of any possible delay as we work hard to dispatch your order and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

All orders shipped within Australia may can take 3-12 business days of receiving your payment. For express post within Australia, estimate delivery is 2-8 working days, and charges for express post will be displayed at checkout.  

• Orders valued at $200 or more, excluding shipping, are shipped free of charge within Australia.
• Orders valued at less than $200 will incur minimum shipping & handling charge of $15.95 which will be displayed at checkout.
• Packages sent by Express will incur a minimum shipping fee from $19.95 which will be displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders are shipped by Registered Post and are usually received 3-15 or more working days after posting depending on countries. Orders shipped internationally may be subjected to taxes, custom duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If alternative freight arrangement is required, please specified at the time of order and fees may apply depending on the arrangement required.

• Orders valued at $300 or more will incur minimum shipping charge of $29.95
• Orders valued at less than $300 will incur minimum shipping charge of $39.95
• Packages sent internationally by Express will incur a minimum shipping fee from $49.95 which will be displayed at checkout.
