Mokosh products purchased at retail outlets

For purchases made at retail outlets other than www.mokosh.com.au (the ‘Website’), please refer to the returns policy of the retailer where the product was purchased. We are able to accept returns only for purchases made from the Website.

Faulty or damaged products

Mokosh will refund or replace products that are faulty or damaged, or do not match the product ordered from the Website. Please email us within 30 days of receipt of the product at contact@mokosh.com.au for full instructions on how to proceed with returning the product and obtaining your replacement or refund. 

30 day money back guarantee

When trying our products for the first time, we encourage you to start with sample sizes to make sure the products are right for you. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a store credit or refund within 30 days. Please note that the cost of return shipping is not included in the 30 day money back guarantee.

Note also that the 30 day money back guarantee is not valid for Limited Edition items, Promotions, Free Gifts or Samples.  

To return a product, please get in touch on contact@mokosh.com.au and we will let you know next steps. Once we receive your returned product, we will process it within 7 days.
